What to Expect in Counseling:
My primary therapeutic style incorporates person-centered techniques, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. I enjoy and have experience working with diverse populations providing counseling for individuals, families, children, and couples. My areas of clinical foci include anxiety disorders, depression, relationships/marriage, college mental health, and parenting. I am an empathetic counselor who creates a safe space that is free judgement for my clients; making it conducive to increasing their sense of self-worth and overcoming barriers to meeting their goals.
