About me
Hello! I am Carli Marshall, a pre-licensed therapist who is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. My therapeutic approach draws concepts from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), allowing me to meet each client with flexibility, empathy, and a focus on the whole person. Throughout my academic training and clinical experience, I have had the opportunity to work with and support individuals, families, and couples with navigating a wide range of life challenges. My clinical experiences have included helping my clients heal from physical and emotional trauma, identity exploration, relationship struggles, and personal growth. I am especially passionate about working with men and women, trauma survivors, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those navigating identity and life transitions. I am also receiving training in ADHD coaching to help me better support neurodivergent clients and their unique needs. What to Expect in Counseling I deeply believe that you already possess the inner strength and insight needed to create meaningful change and my role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, education, and compassionate support. Above all, I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and collaborative space where every part of you is welcome. |
